AI Transformation Policy

This policy governs Suvant's optional AI "after you" transformation feature. It is separate from, and in addition to, our Biometric Data Policy. You only see this feature, and this policy only applies, if you explicitly opt in. If you never opt in, nothing in this policy happens to your data.
1. What the feature does
If you opt in, Suvant sends one of your audit photos to OpenAI's image API to generate a single illustrative image of how you could look after the grooming and style changes your audit recommends — a "best version of yourself" visualization. It is shown to you in your audit report.
The generated image is an illustration, not a photograph and not a prediction. It is created by an AI model and is meant as a motivational target, not a promise of any specific result.
2. This is biometric processing, and it is optional
Because your photo contains your facial features, generating this image is biometric processing under laws like the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA). For that reason:
- It is off by default. The checkbox is unchecked.
- It requires a separate, standalone, specific consent — it is never bundled into our Terms of Service or our general biometric consent. Checking it is optional and your audit works identically without it.
- You may withdraw consent and delete the generated image at any time from Account › Privacy, without affecting your audit or account.
3. What we change, and what we never change
The transformation only visualizes grooming, hair, facial hair, skin presentation, clothing, styling, framing and posture.
It is explicitly instructed to keep your identity, face shape, bone structure, ethnicity, apparent age, and body/build the same. It does not slim you, change your weight, alter your height, or change your physique. It is a grooming-and-style illustration, not a body or medical transformation, and it makes no claim about health, fitness, or physical outcomes.
4. Where your photo goes (OpenAI)
- The photo is sent to OpenAI's image API (not the consumer ChatGPT product), the same vendor that already performs your audit.
- OpenAI's API operates under a data processing agreement that prohibits training on API inputs, and OpenAI does not retain your image after the call completes.
- OpenAI is the only third party that receives your photo for this feature. The generated image is not shared with advertisers, analytics vendors, or anyone else.
5. Storage, retention, and deletion

The generated image is served to you only through short-lived signed URLs. It is never publicly accessible and is never used to train any model.
6. Illinois residents
Out of an abundance of caution under BIPA, this feature is not offered to Illinois residents. We use IP geolocation as a reasonable-effort screen and do not generate a transformation for requests that appear to originate in Illinois. Your audit is unaffected.
7. Your rights
You may, at any time:
- Decline — simply leave the box unchecked. Nothing is sent.
- Withdraw consent and stop future generation.
- Delete the generated image from Account › Privacy.
- Delete your account and all data, which removes the image and your photos.
- Email us at privacy@suvant.com for any biometric privacy request; we respond within 72 hours.
